Skills: Extensive experience in SAP ERP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors integration and replication scenarios (not just payroll/master data consulting or classic customizing). Demonstrable experience in the initial setup of replication architectures from the outset (experience solely in day-to-day operations/support is insufficient). Solid hands-on know-how with the SAP Integration Suite/CPI middleware and APIs, as well as in developing custom logic beyond the standard. A deep understanding of data models, data harmonization, and experience in technical project leadership. Fluent German, both written and spoken. Ideally, knowledge of SAP Employee Central, SAP BTP, Azure integrations, event-based scenarios, SAP Activate, or related systems (time management, payroll, finance).
