The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field. Extensive experience in the design and commissioning of process plants. Experience in the design and operation of gas/oil plants. Project management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Resilient, results-oriented, goal-driven, and collaborative personality. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Project. Excellent German and fluent, business-level English. Desirable: Location in the Leipzig area (within 150 km). Experience as a plant engineer, proficient in SAP PM.

Additional preferred qualifications may include problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and experience working in collaborative team environments.
