Methodology: Mandatory Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification with demonstrable experience applying DMAIC, FMEA, Ishikawa diagrams, and DoE in a hardware environment. Hardware Expertise: Solid engineering background in electronics, embedded systems, and hardware manufacturing. Niche Skill (Must-Have): Extensive experience with comparator circuits—ideally directly related to the layout and mechanical/electrical challenges of flexible printed circuit boards (flex PCBs). Quality Mindset: Excellent knowledge of modern quality management and data-driven quality optimization. Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, assertiveness, and the ability to clearly communicate complex technical issues in English.
