Experience: Solid (or demonstrably in-depth initial) practical experience in the construction industry, ideally with a clear focus on demanding structural engineering projects. CAD Skills: Confident and proven use of CAD software. Experience with DICAD Strakon is a significant advantage – alternatively, sound knowledge of comparable systems (e.g., Allplan, AutoCAD, etc.) and a willingness to learn are also highly desirable.
