The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

Extensive professional experience in native Android development (Kotlin / Android Studio). Legacy expertise: Proven experience working with established codebases and migrating to modern architectures (MVVM, MVI). Framework interface: Proficient in reactive programming (RxJava, RxKotlin) as well as modern approaches (coroutines). Tooling: Solid practical experience with Git and ideally, experience in unit and UI testing. Work style: Structured, agile mindset and teamwork skills for the hybrid setup.
