Skills: • Several years of experience in order-to-cash (OTC) processes within the SAP environment • Sound knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, particularly relevant OTC processes • Experience in international transformation and/or harmonization projects • Good understanding of governance, compliance, and audit requirements in the process environment • Experience in complex B2B industrial or manufacturing environments • Experience in preparing and moderating workshops • Experience in transformation or change contexts is advantageous • Experience collaborating in international project environments • Ability to coordinate across multiple time zones (especially Europe, USA, and Asia) • Excellent written and spoken English skills required • German language skills are an advantage but not mandatory • Sound functional knowledge of the SAP environment (especially OTC) • Experience with workflow and governance structures is desirable • Experience in the precious metals sector, as well as an understanding of corresponding pricing mechanisms and regulatory specifics, is advantageous • Project language: German/English
