Skills: Must: At least 5 years of experience in a large (IT or management) consulting firm; at least 5 years of experience in a PMO of one or more programs in large corporations; extensive knowledge and certification in one or more common program and project management standards (GPM, Prince2, PMP, SAFe); several years of experience as a project manager or sub-project manager of large projects; experience in project controlling (ideally Earned Value Analysis); experience in dependency and rollout management; excellent communication skills; very strong customer focus; proactive, intrinsically motivated, takes on tasks independently, and makes suggestions independently; precise, structured, and efficient approach; willingness to work on-site in Frankfurt 2 days a week; program or project management certification (GPM/IPMA, Prince2, PMP, Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent).
