VMware Must-Haves: Several years of demonstrable expertise in operating large environments with vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, VCF, NSX-T, and vSAN (especially version 8.x and current Broadcom releases). Infrastructure & Management (Must-Have): Solid knowledge of data center operations, enterprise storage, and experience in service management and vendor management. System knowledge of Linux and Windows. Desirable Skills (Nice-to-Have): Practical experience in automation (IaC, Ansible, PowerShell), experience with Aria Operations and Veeam, and a basic understanding of networking and security. Work Style & Soft Skills: High degree of personal responsibility, structured and documentation-oriented work style, hands-on mentality combined with confident communication skills with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
