Job Description: At Job Duck, we are looking for a friendly and highly organized Bilingual Intake Specialist who enjoys helping people and creating positive first impressions. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, managing incoming calls, gathering important information, and ensuring leads are accurately documented and routed to the appropriate team. You will play a key part in keeping the intake process efficient by following up with potential clients and coordinating appointments. The ideal candidate is empathetic, attentive, and an excellent communicator in both English and Spanish, with the ability to build trust and provide exceptional service during every interaction.
