What skills are required for this ux/ui designer with ai affinity (m/f/d)?

The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, ideally in a product or enterprise software environment. Proficiency in Figma (primary tool), Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator. A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, UI/UX work, and ideally experience with AI-driven or data-heavy interfaces. Hands-on experience working with AI-powered design tools and integrating AI into your design workflow. Proven ability to design for both desktop and mobile platforms with a strong command of responsive design principles. Experience building and maintaining design systems from the ground up. Technical awareness of frontend development contexts to enable effective design handoff – coding skills are not required, however understanding how your designs are implemented is essential. Strong skills and experience working directly with collaboration developers in an agile team environment.
