We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our product and operations team, to build an e-Commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users and brands.

In this role, you will:
- Conduct research to identify product and business opportunities and execute independent studies on multiple aspects of user experiences.
- Collect and analyze user behavior through user interviews, field visits, ethnography, surveys, benchmark studies, server logs, and online experiments (A/B testing).
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Algorithm, and Operations teams to prioritize research opportunities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Understand and incorporate technical and business requirements into research.
- Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and presentations.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)
- 1+ years of experience in UX Research, with experience utilizing or understanding various research methods (e.g., usability studies, contextual inquiry, surveys, etc.).
- Relevant research experience in exploring end-to-end user journeys, user behaviors, or problem-solving within a business context.
- A proactive fast learner with a strong sense of ownership over assigned projects.
- Ability to solve problems using data and bring creative, out-of-the-box thinking to the team.
- Passionate about contributing to and building an outstanding and industry-leading design and research community.

Preferred Qualification(s)
- Passionate about e-Commerce business, products, and user experiences.
- Strong interest or experience in translating user insights into actionable recommendations that drive real-world business and product changes.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and navigating open-ended problems.
