The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

Must Have • Proven experience in UX, service design, or user‑centered design in digital or SaaS environments. • Strong experience in UX facilitation, coaching, and enablement rather than pure design delivery. • Ability to identify users, user needs, and pain points in complex product or platform contexts. • Experience designing and facilitating workshops and collaborative discovery sessions. • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder facilitation skills. • Experience working with product teams, platform teams, or agile environments. Should Have • Experience with platform, tooling, or developer‑facing products. • Ability to translate UX methods into pragmatic, lightweight approaches suitable for product teams. • Experience supporting cultural or behavioral change within teams. • Familiarity with agile product development and platform organizations. Nice to Have • Experience building UX playbooks, toolkits, or communities of practice. • Exposure to enterprise‑scale organizations or multi‑team environments.
