To ensure seamless support in the sensitive hospital environment, the profiles offered must meet the following criteria: Demonstrable professional experience in IT support, service desk, or user help desk (first-level). Solid practical knowledge of Jira Service Management. Proficient use of the Microsoft O365 ecosystem and common Windows operating systems. Experience in user account administration (e.g., Active Directory). Excellent German language skills (at least C1 level). Advantageous: Experience in IT support within the healthcare sector or a hospital structure (understanding of critical processes).
