What skills are required for this test/quality engineer (m/f/d)?

The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

Must-have: Practical experience in dispatching or information systems in the railway sector. Must-have: Practical experience in the design and implementation of tests and their automation in microservices. Must-have: Practical experience and knowledge of Python for testing (e.g., in the Pytest framework). Must-have: Practical experience in the implementation and configuration of CI/CD pipelines and jobs in AWS Cloud environments. Must-have: ISTQB certification. ISTQB certification. Knowledge of Go. Sound knowledge of relevant testing tools (especially Playwright) and proficient use of test case creation methods. Practical experience in the integration and documentation of test activities in Jira Xray. Practical experience with Kafka. Fluent in English and German. Ability to mediate between IT and business departments to precisely translate requirements into testable solutions (requirements/stakeholder management).

Additional preferred qualifications may include problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and experience working in collaborative team environments.
