Our client, a renowned infrastructure and network operator, is seeking a Test Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible. Key details: Duration: September 21, 2026 - August 30, 2027; Location: Remote & Frankfurt am Main (candidates from the Frankfurt area preferred); Workload: Full-time (35-40 hours/week); Compliance: Only candidates with mandatory social security contributions will be considered! What skills are required for this test manager (m/f/d) - only permanent employees!?

The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

Must-have: At least 10 years of experience as a lead test manager in programs and projects within corporate environments (from medium-sized businesses to DAX-listed companies). Extensive experience with end-to-end and other testing in programs/projects based on SAP S4/HANA. Extensive experience with common test management tools (SAP Cloud ALM, Solution Manager, Jira). Certification in one or more test management standards (e.g., ISTQB). Certification in one or more project management standards (GPM, Prince2, PMP, Scrum, SAFe). Management skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills up to C-level (EO, IO). Willingness to work on-site in Frankfurt 2-3 days a week, and up to 5 days a week during the main testing phases. Desired: Experience in IT projects and processes in the energy sector (especially the market role of network operators).

Additional preferred qualifications may include problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and experience working in collaborative team environments.
