Technical Trainer for Primeflex for Microsoft S2D (m/f/d) - REMOTE

In-depth S2D expertise: Several years of experience in the architecture, implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Storage Spaces Direct (from Windows Server 2016/2019 onwards), including Hyper-V and failover clustering. General knowledge of network and storage virtualization. Network & switch configuration: Sound knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, RDMA (RoCE/iWARP), and especially the configuration of switches for S2D environments (e.g., DCB, QoS). Fujitsu knowledge: Familiarity with Fujitsu PRIMERGY Server and related tools & software (Serverview, ISM, iRMC) would be advantageous. Extensive training experience: At least 3 years as an IT trainer/lecturer in the field of server infrastructure or hyperconverged systems. Didactic skills: Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and in a way that is appropriate for the target audience. Desirable certifications: Microsoft certifications relevant to S2D are advantageous (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Stack HCI Engineer Associate). PRIMERGY certifications would be ideal. Strong soft skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. High level of initiative. Language skills: Fluent English and German required (spoken and written).
