The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

Specific know-how: Solid experience in managing complex, cross-functional, and intercultural projects. Strong leadership and communication skills. Industry experience: Experience in pharmaceutical projects (preferably biopharmaceuticals and tech transfer) as well as in the biosimilars/biotech sector. The role is part of the TechOps organization (Projects department). Soft skills: Assertive, diplomatic, and able to quickly integrate into new projects. Languages: Fluent English (required). Knowledge of Portuguese (preferred). German language skills are not required.

Additional preferred qualifications may include problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and experience working in collaborative team environments.
