Job Summary We’re hiring a Remote Operations / Technical Project Manager (AI Systems) to oversee client operations, manage AI-driven workflows, and ensure seamless deployment of automation systems. This role blends project management, client success, and light technical execution, making it ideal for candidates with experience in AI tools, automation platforms, or software systems. You’ll act as the bridge between clients and the technical team—ensuring AI systems are properly implemented, optimized, and continuously improved. Key Responsibilities - Set up and manage AI-powered workflows and automations using tools like Go High Level, n8n, Zapier, or similar platforms - Make iterative improvements to existing automation systems and processes - Design and refine prompts using LLM tools such as OpenAI (ChatGPT) and Claude - Lead client onboarding, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable workflows - Manage client communication, feedback loops, and ongoing support - Troubleshoot issues, prioritize fixes, and ensure timely resolution - Collaborate closely with AI Engineers to implement more advanced solutions - Track project timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics Requirements - Proven experience in operations, project management, or AI/automation systems - Hands-on experience with tools like Go High Level, n8n, Zapier, or equivalent automation platforms - Familiarity with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude) and prompt engineering basics - Strong organizational and project management skills - Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) - Experience in client-facing roles with the ability to manage expectations effectively - Ability to work remotely with time zone overlap as required - Bonus: Background in SaaS, AI startups, or technical operations Benefits 💰 Competitive monthly compensation: $1500 – $2400 USD/month (based on experience and qualifications) 🌎 Fully remote role aligned to U.S. Eastern Time (EST) hours 🚀 Lead key technology initiatives with a cloud-first IT consulting firm 📈 Long-term engagement with ongoing projects and room for growth 🤝 Work alongside experienced teams in cybersecurity, cloud, and managed IT
