The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

Your profile: Completed studies in industrial engineering, business administration, engineering (or a comparable qualification). Several years of sound professional experience in project controlling, cost engineering, or PMO. Demonstrable experience in managing IT/software projects, ideally in the implementation of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Industry knowledge in the pharmaceutical, life science, or medical technology sectors is a significant advantage. Good understanding of GxP guidelines and the effort involved in Computer System Validation (CSV). Proficient application of project management methodologies (e.g., Earned Value Management) and excellent knowledge of MS Excel and common ERP systems (e.g., SAP). Strong analytical skills, assertiveness, and excellent presentation and communication skills (in German and English).

Additional preferred qualifications may include problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and experience working in collaborative team environments.
