Technical Coordinator for Application Operations & IT Process Control (m/f/d)

Specific Experience: At least 5 years of experience in independently developing cross-platform workflows (in MS Project) and in planning complex changes with multiple organizational units in large software projects at social security institutions. Nice-to-Haves (Points that will help you win the position): To stand out from the current incumbent or other applicants, it is crucial that you can demonstrate up to 5 years of experience (or 3 years for agile projects) in the following areas: Experience in managing the phoenics software; coordination of the reimbursement procedure for employers' liability insurance associations. Active use of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence). Management of ITIL change management processes (preferably using USM/Valuemation) including ITIL Foundation certification. Practical experience with agile models (Scrum/SAFe) in roles such as Scrum Master or Product Owner, evidenced by an agile certification (e.g., SAFe Agilist, PSM I, PSPO I). Advanced enterprise IT knowledge (batch operations, database principles, automated testing).
