What skills are required for this technical consultant service now (m/f/d)?

The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

Solid knowledge in at least one of the following areas: IT security; quality assurance; compliance or user experience engineering. Several years of experience working with agile methods and frameworks (e.g. SAFe; Scrum) as well as in agile software development and operations processes. Ideally, relevant certifications; for example, CSA; CAD; CIS; CTA; CWA; ISTQB or IREB. Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow and common tools for collaboration and project management; for example, Jira; Confluence; Miro and Microsoft Office. Solid knowledge of common technologies and platforms; including JavaScript; B2JEE; Rhino; MySQL and web server technologies. Experience in the IT operation of complex applications and a good understanding of IT service management processes. Knowledge of IT architectures; integration scenarios and modern technology stacks. Experience in release, test and quality management as well as IT governance and compliance is an advantage.

Additional preferred qualifications may include problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and experience working in collaborative team environments.
