The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

Technical Requirements: Sound knowledge of firewall solutions (Checkpoint) and understanding of NGFW / IDS / IPS; experience with proxy solutions (Zscaler – ZIA, ZPA); very good knowledge of Cisco environments (switching, routing, NAC – Cisco ISE, WLAN, routing protocols); good knowledge of DNS, DHCP, IPAM, NTP; experience in IT security and security monitoring; knowledge of common IT security standards and best practices; experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Intune); understanding of high availability, disaster recovery, and monitoring; cloud knowledge (Azure or AWS) is an advantage; certifications (CCNA/CCNP, ITIL) are desirable; experience with ITSM tools (e.g., Jira Service Desk) is an advantage; language: English at least C1, German is an advantage. Desired Qualifications: At least 3 years of relevant experience in a comparable role; experience in a corporate environment is desirable; strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work; pronounced customer and service orientation; teamwork and communication skills in international contexts Agile working environments (mindset & principles)
