For our pharmaceutical client in Munich, we are seeking a freelance Strategic Project Manager Pharma / CCO Support (m/f/d) for a 6-month engagement (potential extension up to 12 months, part-time or full-time, min. 20h/week). Top-Tier Consulting Experience: 3–5 years of strategy consulting background at a Tier-1 firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) is mandatory. Industry Background: 1–3 years of experience in Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, FMCG, or an international corporate context preferred. Education: Degree in Business, Economics, or related fields (BA/BS required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred). Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage high-visibility initiatives and influence senior executive decision-making without direct authority. Analytical Skills: Exceptional capability in structured problem-solving, critical thinking, and dynamic prioritization in fast-paced environments. Languages: Business fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages ​​are a plus.
