WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Product Roadmap Presentation: Lead the development and delivery of roadmap presentations that clearly connect data-driven insights to strategic decisions. Build and maintain AI-native workflows using Claude Code to automate roadmap assembly, surface insights from product data, and accelerate the preparation of executive-ready materials. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure feedback and analytics meaningfully shape product direction and outcomes.
Strategic Program & Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects, providing program management for major product initiatives. Serve as the primary interlock with Marketing and Support to ensure coordinated planning, shared visibility, and aligned execution. Partner with workstream owners to maintain alignment, ensure on-time delivery, and proactively address blockers or escalations.
Customer and Field Feedback: Own the end-to-end process for capturing, synthesizing, and routing customer and field feedback. Leverage Claude Code and AI workflows to continuously monitor feedback channels, auto-categorize inputs, identify emerging themes, and deliver structured summaries that keep the voice of the customer consistently represented in product planning and prioritization.
WHAT YOU BRING
7+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, or a closely related function, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth enterprise software environment
Exceptional project management, planning, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a strong bias toward follow-through
Demonstrated track record of managing multiple complex, high-priority initiatives simultaneously, setting clear expectations, maintaining momentum, and delivering on time
Hands-on experience building AI-native workflows; proficiency with Claude Code or equivalent AI coding tools to automate operational processes and extract insight from large data sets
Strong command of collaboration and productivity tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Confluence, Google Workspace, Lucidchart, Slack) with the ability to rapidly adopt new platforms as needs evolve
Highly analytical and process-oriented mindset, skilled at diagnosing inefficiencies, designing scalable systems, and operationalizing repeatable workflows
Deep empathy for global teams and customers, with a consistent track record of translating real-world business needs into actionable product inputs
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to distill complex, nuanced topics into clear narratives for diverse audiences spanning Product, Marketing, Sales, and Executive Leadership
Highly self-directed with strong judgment, comfortable operating autonomously, navigating ambiguity, and handling sensitive information with discretion
Thrives in dynamic, fast-changing environments, solutions-oriented, resilient under pressure, and energized by the challenge of bringing order to complexity
