What skills are required for this software engineer (m/f/d) statutory health insurance environment?

The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

At least 4 years of project experience (within the last 6 years) in: Enterprise development based on Java or .NET, MS SQL Server, and with the data structures of GKVnet DIC, GKV-KomServer, or SV-Meldeportal. At least 2 years of experience (within the last 4 years) in: REST APIs (Swagger/OpenAPI), automation of frontend tests under Angular (Vitest, Jasmine, Cypress), and containerization (Kubernetes/Helm). Practical experience with the health insurance communication system (KKS). Ideally, demonstrable technical/process knowledge of statutory health insurance procedures (long-term care insurance, risk adjustment, official statistics, medical aids/assistive devices). Experience with the gematik approval process (product type profiles) or TI applications is advantageous. Initial experience in committees or working for public sector clients is desirable.

Additional preferred qualifications may include problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and experience working in collaborative team environments.
