Education: You possess relevant safety-related training (e.g., as a safety engineer, occupational safety specialist, etc.). Experience: You have extensive professional experience in safety, health, and safety (SHE) consulting for complex new construction and renovation projects (CAPEX projects), ideally in an industrial or pharmaceutical environment. Methodological competence: You are highly familiar with structured project management methods (phase models such as CD, BD, DD, CC) and possess a strong commitment to quality. Personality: You impress with your excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and a pronounced hands-on approach to finding solutions.
