Senior/Lead UX Researcher

We seek a highly experienced Senior/Lead UX Researcher to support the evolution of our global platform through collaborative work with numerous stakeholders and clients from different business units. The candidate will work with product stakeholders, design leads, and other product teams, driving the research, shaping requirements and visions into new features/integrations, and acting as a catalyst between various global teams, some of which have their local researchers.

Responsibilities

• Utilize a broad range of research methods and conduct them effectively
• Work with large amounts of data and identify similarities
• Facilitate and supervise research activities happening locally in each business unit working on the capability
• Coach non-research team members if a specific Business Unit doesn't have a dedicated researcher, but they still do "research"-like activities
• Design objectives, methodologies, guides, scripts, research schedules
• Collect insights on learned researches, accumulate and structure them for future re-use and signal potential opportunities
• Bring the team up to the understanding of researches done and outcomes
• See the helicopter view on the whole organization / ecosystem
• Drive change and back it up with solid Research results
• Work effectively with a multi-cultural team where there can be some level of silo
• Be proactive, spotting areas for improvements, proposing good ideas
• Manage stakeholders, negotiate and provide transparent reporting
• Support the feature/requirements through their life-cycle end-to-end on every stage

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience
• Proficiency with a range of research tools and methodologies
• High level of proficiency and comprehensive knowledge of industry-standard prototyping tools
• Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle, Software Engineering Process, and User-Centered Research/Design Thinking
• Ability to synthesize and communicate research findings, conceptual ideas & detailed design to all levels of the client organization
• Strong conceptual and systematic thinking; ability to provide efficient feedback to others and justify one's own decisions
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English, both written and spoken (B2 or higher)
