Für ein S/4HANA-Transformationsprojekt suchen wir einen erfahrenen Senior SAP S/4HANA Projektmanager / E2E Process Lead (m/w/d).

Aufgaben

* Fachliche Leitung eines E2E-Projekts innerhalb der SAP S/4HANA-Transformation

* Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung des Projekts

* Koordination hybrider Projektteams und externer Dienstleister

* Steuerung von Budget, Terminen, Risiken und Projektfortschritt

* Stakeholder-Management und Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen sowie IT

* Synchronisation mit angrenzenden E2E-Projekten

* Unterstützung bei Geschäftsprozessanalyse und Prozessoptimierung

Profil

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Transformations- oder Prozessprojekte

* Erfahrung im SAP S/4HANA-Umfeld

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in Projekt-, Prozess- und Lean-Management

* Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Projektteams und externen Dienstleistern

* Kenntnisse im Healthcare- bzw. Krankenhausumfeld von Vorteil

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

Rahmenbedingungen

Start: September 2026

Laufzeit: 12 Monate + Verlängerungsoption

Auslastung: 100 %

Ort: Bremen, ca. 50 % vor Ort

Projektsprachen: Deutsch
