Senior Salesforce OmniStudio Developer

We are currently looking for a Senior Salesforce OmniStudio Developer with excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.
The ideal candidate is capable of understanding and working from wireframes and possesses fine-tuned negotiation skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio, effectively transforming business requirements into technical outputs
• Understand, translate and work from wireframes to achieve desired system functionality
• Maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders to ensure understanding and satisfaction of project requirements
• Work in a highly distributed team with people from the client and other vendors, locations include UK, CEE and Argentina
• Work autonomously on assigned projects, adapting to changing priorities, anticipating potential issues and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner
• Ensure all developments adhere to Salesforce best practices and company standards while staying up-to-date with new technologies in Salesforce OmniStudio platforms

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in Salesforce development and implementation
• Strong understanding of Salesforce OmniStudio components
• Proficiency in developing Salesforce solutions specifically using OmniStudio
• Demonstrated track record in stakeholder management
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Capability to thrive in a self-directed work environment
• Fluent English communication skills at a B2+ level
