The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

Must have: Completed university degree (Master's, university diploma, second state examination); relevant professional experience in the relevant field (project and program management in the public sector) of at least 5 years; at least three of the listed relevant certifications at a senior level (SCRUM, SAFe, PRINCE2 Agile, IPMA/GPM, PMI, Prince2, VModel XT, Design Thinking); experience in independently managing projects/products; 1 personal reference project: with a duration of at least 40 person-days. The reference project was successfully completed within the last three years or has been running for at least six months. The project involved consulting and independent project management in project management or IT project management in the public sector.

Additional preferred qualifications may include problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and experience working in collaborative team environments.
