Senior PMO/PPM specialist (m/f/d)

Several years of senior-level experience in project and portfolio management or PMO. Proven hands-on experience, particularly in resource and capacity management as well as in operational PMO/PPM control. Sound practical experience with enterprise PPM tools, e.g. Experience with Broadcom Clarity or comparable solutions, particularly in the functional mapping of portfolio, resource, and capacity management; practical experience in the banking, finance, or insurance industry; very quick comprehension and a strong ability to quickly familiarize oneself with existing structures, processes, data sets, and technical contexts; broad knowledge of common classical, agile, and hybrid project and portfolio management methodologies, ideally with practical application experience; method-agnostic and pragmatic working style without preference for a specific approach; ability to combine operational, hands-on PMO work with the necessary conceptual understanding; high level of self-motivation, flexibility, and a strong solution-oriented work style; willingness to work independently and responsibly; very good PowerPoint and Excel skills for preparing management information in a target-group-oriented manner; very good German skills, at least C1 level in spoken and written German; ability to independently create high-quality management documents in German
