What you'll do...

What You Will Do:

Platform Operations:

• Supply & Performance Ops: Manage and optimize supply chain operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery services. Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Driver Capabilities: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance driver skills and capabilities, ensuring they are well-equipped to meet delivery demands and standards.
• Trip Planning: Design and execute effective trip planning processes to optimize delivery routes, minimize delays, and improve overall delivery performance.
• DSP Operations: Oversee the operations of our Delivery Service Partners (DSPs), ensuring compliance with Walmart's standards and fostering strong partnerships.

Driver Experience:

• Experience and Rewards: Create and manage programs that enhance the overall experience for our drivers, including reward systems and incentives that recognize and appreciate their contributions.
• Communication and Engagement: Foster effective communication channels and engagement strategies to keep drivers informed, motivated, and connected to Walmart's mission and values.
• Driver App: Oversee the development and continuous improvement of the driver app, ensuring it meets the needs of our drivers and enhances their day-to-day operations.
• Driver Research: Conduct research to understand driver needs, preferences, and pain points, using insights to inform and improve our driver experience initiatives.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...
