What you'll do...

• Support the Business for all Foundational projects that allow us to move quicker and more personalized when engaging with our members
• Collaborate with Enterprise partners to build integrating messaging across the site. Be the voice to secure Walmart+ messaging across Enterprise placements - partners include Site Ops, Homepage, Product, Marketing, Personalization, and Design
• Share executive updates on our pathway to omni-channel messaging
• Represent the Business and ensure we are testing new copy and creative using AI and other machine learning capabilities
• Work with product and marketing to develop an understanding of our members' engagement with our communication channels. Understand placement data and which placements promote the most engagement by member segment and benefit
• Host forums so all partners are aware of communication changes and roll outs
• Identify industry leaders and conduct competitive analysis
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Personalization and Business and identify opportunities for improving the relevance and quality of member communications
• Support auditing of communications, FAQs and several placements for correct content and verbiage
• E2E journey mapping for site placements

What you'll bring...

• 7+ years experience working in a cross-team collaboration environment, often in complex organizational matrixes
• 5+ years of experience within consulting, marketing, or communications
• 3+ years of experience journey mapping and customer experience
• 5+ years of understanding analytics and data interpretation
• 5+ years experience partnering with product and marketing organizations
• You have experience with communications and member experience
• You have experience putting presentations together and communicating to all levels of leadership
• You participate in strategic planning meetings to create agreement toward your organization's strategy
• You understand Walmart's global network capabilities

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
