The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

Hard Skills: Completed IT degree (or a comparable degree in business informatics, natural sciences, or engineering) or comparable experience after relevant training - Successfully completed or proven. Experience in the implementation of complex IT projects - At least 6 years of experience. Experience as an IT architect in a responsible position with a focus on software architecture - At least 2 years of experience. Expert in developing architectural concepts, preferably according to ARC42, with corresponding UML models - Expert knowledge. Experience in the context of large-scale projects - Proven practical experience. Experience in agile projects - Several years of proven experience. Proven experience with the technologies Java/Spring Boot, AWS Cloud Infrastructure (EC2), Docker/Kubernetes, Kafka, ActiveMQ - Sound TechStack experience. Qualifications: Agile mindset - Fully developed. Proven experience with agile teams (e.g., Scrum team) or certification (Scrum, SAFe) - Demonstrated in the profile or via certificate. Professional qualification - Academic degree (or equivalent qualification). Desired criteria: Hard Skills & Methodology: Confident use of JIRA and Confluence tools - Confident handling of certifications in the architecture field (e.g., TOGAF, iSAQB / ISQAB, CPSA) - Demonstrated by certification; Camunda platform (process orchestration) - Knowledge present; Certification in agile methods, e.g., SCRUM or SAFe for Architects - Demonstrated by certification; Industry expertise for timetable and capacity management systems - Domain knowledge / Industry expertise; Experience in a corporate environment desired - Yes (DB Group); Languages: at least good German and English skills, both written and spoken
