Mandatory Criteria (Mandatory): Experience in the preparation and execution of IT implementations (cutover) - Proof by: Number of references - Number/proof: 1 In-depth knowledge of the RI process chain - many years of experience as a project manager in the passenger information sector (from timetables and operational data to announcements and displays at the station) - Proof by: Years of experience - Number/proof: 5 years or more In-depth knowledge of the planned TTT adjustments in the European railway industry (changes to processes and procedures in timetables and operations) - Proof by: Number of references - Number/proof: 1 In-depth knowledge of special railway operational cases (e.g., changes in train type, trains entering/exiting, day changes) - Proof by: Years of experience - Number/proof: 7 years or more Desirable Criteria (Evaluation criteria with weighting): High level of technical understanding of the data used in the RI process chain (e.g., customer timetable, operational timetable, operational data, infrastructure data) - Proof by: Years of experience Years - Number/proof: 5 years or more - Weighting: 50% In-depth management and project management skills - Proof by: Experience level in years - Number/proof: 7 years or more - Weighting: 50%
