Experience in both technical and IT project management, particularly in projects with very high integration requirements. Several years of experience and knowledge in technically oriented specialist or IT roles within the public healthcare sector, preferably in acute and emergency care, and on-call medical services. Knowledge of business processes, political and legal frameworks. Strong architectural expertise and analytical thinking skills. Regulatory and compliance knowledge, especially relevant frameworks such as ISMS, ITIL, data protection law, provider management, and tendering law. Stakeholder management (e.g., requirements management with specialist departments, coordination with business partners and suppliers).
