Must-have criteria: Must-have: Experience in implementing complex IT projects in a cloud environment - Senior (> 5 years of experience) Must-have: Experience in IT projects with more than 50 project participants or multiple participating organizational units - Intermediate (> 3 years of experience) Must-have: Practical experience with monitoring and observability solutions based on the LGTM stack (Grafana, Loki, Tempo, Mimir) - Intermediate (> 3 years of experience) Must-have: Demonstrable hands-on experience in a DevOps environment with a focus on automation, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and infrastructure operations - Intermediate (> 3 years of experience) Desirable criteria: Experience in managing projects using agile methodologies, especially SAFe - 1 reference Demonstrable hands-on experience in a DevOps environment with a focus on automation, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and infrastructure operations - 1 reference Proficient use of JIRA and Confluence - 1 reference Experience with AWS - 1 reference
