The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

Solid and extensive practical experience in the development of industrial-grade electronic assemblies, circuit design, and PCB layout. In-depth expertise in microcontrollers, embedded systems, and analog and digital circuit technology. Proven practical experience in EMC-compliant design, commissioning, measurement technology, and systematic troubleshooting. Professional proficiency with Altium Designer (or a comparable ECAD system). A completed degree (electrical engineering, electronics, or similar), advanced training as a technician, or a comparable technical qualification with relevant professional experience. Practical knowledge of embedded C, experience with industrial communication systems (CAN, CANopen) and 24V industrial electronics, as well as know-how in signal/power integrity and DFM/DFT processes.

Additional preferred qualifications may include problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and experience working in collaborative team environments.
