Required Skills & Qualifications: Genesys Cloud CX: Several years of practical experience (ideally in complex enterprise contact center projects); sound knowledge of Genesys Architect, routing, and integrations. Genesys AVA / Agentic AI: Demonstrable hands-on experience with Genesys Agentic Virtual Agents (AVA) or current Generic/Agentic AI features from Genesys. Hands-on Implementation: Confident handling of prompts/instructions, data actions, APIs, and the specification-driven framework of Genesys Enterprise AI. Best Practices: Experience with production-ready AI solutions (guardrails, data protection, monitoring, rollout). Senior Consulting Expertise: Independent management of use cases from solution design to operation, as well as strong communication and workshop skills.
