The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

Must-have criteria: Backend software development & application architecture: Kotlin development within the framework of application design (e.g., ports & adapters, IODA, etc.) - Senior (> 5 years experience) Software development & application architecture: Frontend programming & architecture knowledge, at least with React - Senior (> 5 years experience) Practical experience with agile engineering practices such as XP, TDD, etc. in a Scrum environment - Senior (> 5 years experience) Cloud/Infrastructure: Experience in microservice architectures based on AWS and Kubernetes (OpenShift) - Senior (> 5 years experience) DevOps: Methodological & technological knowledge such as taking on true end-to-end responsibility, creating and maintaining GitLab CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code - Senior (> 5 years experience) Desirable criteria: Proven practical experience with methods and tools of strategic and tactical Domain-Driven Design - 2 references Proven practical experience with the Docs-First approach (e.g., Docs-as-Code, Spec-Driven Development, etc.) - 2 references. Practical experience with infrastructure monitoring and log analysis and corresponding software solutions, e.g., with the EFK Stack, Prometheus, Kibana, Grafana - Senior (> 5 years of experience).
