What skills are required for this senior expert biopharmaceutical manufacturing (m/f/d) – focus adc & gmp?

The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

Education: Completed studies in biotechnology, biochemistry, pharmacy, process engineering, or a comparable academic/technical qualification in the life sciences field. Professional experience: At least 5 years (ideally 10+ years) of demonstrable project experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing within a strictly regulated GMP environment. Technical expertise: Sound practical knowledge in the field of bioconjugation (ADC) or downstream processing (especially TFF, filtration, UF/DF). Technological expertise: In-depth experience with single-use technologies and disposable production systems, as well as in the start-up/commissioning scenario of pharmaceutical plants. Quality management: Excellent knowledge of GMP documentation, risk analyses (e.g., FMEA), qualification, and validation. Work style: Strong hands-on mentality, structured and solution-oriented project management, and the ability to operate in interdisciplinary, temporary project structures. Language skills: Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written.

Additional preferred qualifications may include problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and experience working in collaborative team environments.
