Senior Business Analyst Service Now (m/f/d)

For this position, we are seeking an analytically strong and communicative individual with in-depth experience in business analysis. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in this field. Several years of professional experience as a business analyst in the ServiceNow environment. Solid knowledge of business analysis as well as experience with agile software development and implementation processes. Ideally, certifications in relevant methods and frameworks; for example, CSA; CAD; CIS; CTA; CWA; IREB; Business Analysis or Project Management. Strong analytical skills and a structured and solution-oriented approach to work. Strong moderation, presentation and communication skills, as well as a confident demeanor towards different stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills and experience in coordinating complex professional and technical topics. Ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them in a way that is appropriate for the target audience. Experience in organizational change management as well as in supporting organizational changes and user enablement.
