At Schneider Electric, we're looking for an experienced E-Commerce Data & Business Analyst to support the next stage of our digital growth journey.

This role combines strong analytics and reporting with the opportunity to turn data into meaningful commercial insights that influence decisions and drive business growth.

Working closely with e-Commerce Key Account Managers, Marketing and local and global stakeholders, you'll help identify opportunities, optimise performance and strengthen our digital commercial strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Analyse sales, pricing, market and e-commerce data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Turn complex data into clear commercial insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting to support business decisions.
  • Partner with e-Commerce and Marketing teams to improve customer and digital performance.
  • Identify revenue, conversion and optimisation opportunities across digital channels.
  • Present insights to local and global stakeholders to support strategic planning.

About You

You're a curious and commercially minded analyst who enjoys turning complex data into clear business opportunities.

You'll bring:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Marketing, Commerce, Economics or a related discipline.
  • 3 years' experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, E-Commerce, Digital or a related commercial environment.
  • Strong experience working with multiple datasets and translating analysis into business recommendations.
  • Experience with sales, customer, pricing, marketing or e-commerce performance data.
  • Strong reporting, dashboarding and data visualisation capability.
  • Understanding of e-commerce and digital performance metrics.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with Google Analytics, SEO/SEA, digital marketing analytics, customer journeys, CMS platforms or online sales performance would be highly regarded.
