The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

8+ years of experience in enterprise software development with profound expertise in SAP CAP (Node.js) and SAP BTP Cloud Foundry. Proven track record in designing multi-agent workflows (LangGraph) and utilizing SAP AI Core / Generative AI Hub. Solid knowledge of MLflow (experiment tracking), Databricks (fine-tuning), RAG pipeline design, and Azure DevOps (CI/CD). Experience with agile delivery models (SAFe, Scrum) and facilitating agile ceremonies. Knowledge of ABAP OO (7.54+), data protection/GDPR requirements, and system observability tools. Fluent English skills to ensure seamless collaboration in globally distributed project teams. Nice to have: Experience with Joule Studio, SAP HANA Cloud, SAP IAS/API Management, and industry background in B2B SaaS.
