Senior Access Management (IAM) Engineer

We are looking for a talented Identity and Senior Access Management (IAM) Engineer to strengthen and advance the security and functionality of our identity services.
This position entails overseeing more than 17,000 user profiles and their access across various integrated systems, using sophisticated tools and protocols to deliver effective IAM solutions.
This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Kazakhstan, whether it's your home or well-equipped offices in Astana, Almaty or Karaganda.

Responsibilities

• Develop Terraform configurations to integrate both internal and external applications with Okta (IDP) and Saviynt (IGA) platforms using authentication protocols such as SAML and OIDC
• Handle IAM-related requests through GitHub, ensuring resolution aligns with stakeholder needs
• Contribute to refinement and sprint planning meetings, supporting goal-setting and delivery timelines
• Enable new features in Saviynt IGA and Okta IDP using Terraform and customization through user interfaces
• Offer Level 3 (L3) technical support to address and resolve IAM-related issues
• Draft and maintain detailed documentation for processes related to feature delivery and operational workflows

Requirements

• Understanding of SAML and OIDC authentication protocols
• Skills in implementing infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform
• Familiarity with IAM platforms such as Okta and Saviynt
• Experience working with version control and workflow management tools like GitHub
• Background in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving complex IAM issues
• Competency in collaborating within Agile teams and adapting to iterative development practices
• Flexibility to produce clear, effective technical documentation

• Expertise in Okta platform administration and configuration
• Proficiency in Saviynt platform setup and usage
• Capability to automate IAM processes effectively
