Project content is an immediate, short-term initiative within our customer's AI threat resilience strategy. The purpose is to buy time by increasing detection, response, containment and recovery readiness while a broader Phase 2 plan is prepared for the rest of the Business IT units. The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

Experience: 8+ years in cyber defense operations, SOC/detection engineering, or threat hunting. SIEM & Technical Tooling: Strong expertise in Microsoft Sentinel (or equivalent SIEM/XDR/EDR), KQL/SPL query languages, and security telemetry. Cloud & Identity Domain: Deep understanding of Azure security, Entra ID, hybrid identity, endpoint/network logs, and MITER ATT&CK. SOC Operations: Proven track record in creating operational runbooks, alert tuning processes, and SOC quality metrics. Certifications (Preferred): GCIA, GCIH, GCDA, SC-200, AZ-500, CISSP, or equivalent.

Additional preferred qualifications may include problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and experience working in collaborative team environments.
