Mandatory criteria: Experience level in years - Senior (> 5 years of experience) Experience as a Scrum Master or Team Coach in IT development teams using Scrum - Number of references - 4 Experience in stabilizing or further developing agile teams after team growth, role changes, or organizational changes - Number of references - 4 Certification as a Scrum Master and certification in the SAFe framework - Certificates - PSM I/II, CSM or equivalent and SSM, SASM, SA or equivalent Experience in implementing and establishing Scrum processes, Scrum events, and agile governance mechanisms - Experience level in years - Senior (> 5 years of experience) Experience in software development teams with end-to-end responsibility across the entire development lifecycle from requirements analysis to deployment, as well as CI/CD and DevOps-based delivery processes - Experience level in years - Senior (> 5 years of experience) Desired criteria Experience in supporting development teams with AI, data, or innovation-driven product development - Number of references - 3 Certification as a systemic coach - Certificates - DGSF, SG, or equivalent Experience in collaborating with other Scrum Masters, team coaches, or agile coaches in the joint development of larger development units - Experience level in years - Senior (> 5 years of experience) Experience in introducing transparency, accountability, and governance mechanisms in agile development teams - Number of references - 3
