Start: Immediately. Duration: Quarterly contract until mid-2027. Workload: 5 days/week. On-site presence: Minimum 3 days/week on-site in Hamburg (Tuesday – Thursday). The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

Practical AIS implementation experience: Demonstrable practical experience in S/4HANA (own customizing, design, process, document & value flows, intercompany pricing/billing). Purely theoretical knowledge or ECC intercompany experience is insufficient. International O2C processes: Experience with cross-border interconnections (sales orgs, company codes, plants in different countries). Industry know-how: Retail & e-commerce (understanding of highly integrated landscapes: commerce, order management, fulfillment, warehouse). Interface understanding (FI/CO/Tax): E2E identification of dependencies with accounting, controlling & tax. (No own FI/CO customizing required, but targeted involvement & integration of subject matter experts). Hands-on & leadership: Customizing, E2E testing, troubleshooting, and technical guidance/review of the internal SAP team. Methodology: Standard First / SAP Best Practice (critical evaluation of gaps before in-house development). Mindset: Proactive consulting (not an "order taker"), strong end-to-end thinking, risk and problem analysis.
