O2C Expertise & Career Path: Extensive, multi-year experience in the SAP SD/O2C environment with hands-on experience (e.g., as a Senior Consultant, Solution Lead, or Stream Lead). E2E Process & Scope Understanding: In-depth understanding of S/4HANA O2C E2E, including order management, pricing, customer returns (ARM), advanced intercompany sales (AIS), billing, and integration of EWM/FI/CO/Tax. Delivery & Governance Track Record: Proven experience in managing transition/delivery streams, creating reliable forecasts, and fact-based risk management. Industry Know-how: Retail experience required; e-commerce experience and knowledge of international organizational structures (companies, plants, countries) are highly advantageous. Soft Skills & Leadership: Strong conflict resolution skills (“keeping tensions on the factual level”), assertiveness, confident demeanor towards management and a clear delivery mindset (not a pure “status manager” or “order taker”).
