The essential skills and qualifications for this position include:

Several years of professional experience in preparing and conducting manual tests (as a Test Analyst or QA Analyst) within complex SAP projects. Solid practical expertise in the SAP HCM module (including personnel administration, organizational management, time management, and payroll); knowledge of SAP FI or PSM is a plus. Strong methodological competence in defect management and experience using test management tools (e.g., SAP Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM, Jira/Xray, or Azure DevOps). Experience with the specific, formalized testing and acceptance processes of public sector clients regarding data protection and information security. Fluent German, both written and spoken. Optional qualifications: Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations, migration testing, cutover testing, authorization testing, SAP Fiori, batch/job monitoring, or interface testing. ISTQB certification or comparable QA qualification.

Additional preferred qualifications may include problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and experience working in collaborative team environments.
